Neurotoxins:

• Xeomin - we primarily use Xeomin for its' quality and purity. Its' lack of excess proteins make it set up faster, have a lighter more natural feel, and does not carry the risk of resistance that other products do.
• Botox - we can order Botox and have it available for you with a slight delay in treatment.

Weight Loss Medications:

• Semaglutide -  A glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist that stimulates insulin secretion after meals, reduces glucagon secretions, delays gastric emptying, and induces weight loss through reduction of hunger and consequent food intake.
• Tirzepatide - Has two mechanisms of action as it is both a glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. These actions both stimulate insulin secretion after meals, reduce glucagon secretions, delay gastric emptying, and induce weight loss through reduction of hunger and consequent food intake.
• L-Carnitine - Both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are compounded with L-Carnitine which is naturally produced in the human brain, liver, and kidneys. It helps the body turn fat into energy. The formulation is compounded to enhance weight loss and help minimize the nausea side effect often associated with Semaglutide/Tirzepatide.

We provide two options; you are able to come to the clinic weekly to have your injection administered by our staff or you can come in monthly to check in and pick up a month worth of prefilled syringes to self administer at home. If you live outside of our service radius we can discuss possible options at your appointment.

No. I get this question a lot. I have been trained in filler and after doing so I understood how much goes into being truly excellent at it. It will take so much more training for me to trust your beautiful faces with my skill. I saw the damage that could be done and I have chosen to leave that to the experts. There are so many well qualified plastic surgeons in the Bellevue area and I would highly encourage you to see no one but the best for your filler needs.

MDVIP and Bellevue Legacy Primary Care are separate from Essence. So being, if you are an MDVIP member Dr Schock will continue treat, prescribe, and work on prior authorizations, appeals, etc for your brand name medications. If your insurance changes and you are in need of Essence's services we are here to help. Prices listed for both neurotoxin injections and weight loss are for all patients, regardless of MDVIP participation or not.

If you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you have a non-life-threatening medical concern, please reach out to your primary care physician or call our office and we will help guide you to the correct next steps.

Yes! We are independent of Bellevue Legacy Primary Care even though we share the same office space. So being, we can offer our services to anyone, not just MDVIP patients. Bring your friends and family we would love to meet them all!

• We do not bill insurance.
• We offer self pay services with any major credit card, Apple pay, or Google pay.
• We do not accept cash or check.
• Weight Loss Program Billing information: Your monthly amount will be billed at your first injection appointment and automatically every four weeks at your monthly check-in appointment to the credit card on file. This is for weekly injections regardless of whether you receive those injections or not. If scheduling conflicts occur please reach out as soon as possible so that we can work with you to find a solution.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of $20 to the card on file.
