About Essence
My Story
Hello and welcome! My name is Alejandra and I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about people and have always loved the idiosyncrasies that make us each unique. At Essence, I offer neurotoxin injections and a weight loss program that utilizes weight loss medication. Here is how this all came about.
I transitioned from inpatient pediatric ICU nursing to being a mama of multiple kids, busy with the needs and demands of motherhood. I started helping an acquaintance when her business lost their injector, getting certified in neurotoxin injections. I discovered a niche that I was good at, that I enjoyed, and all while fitting beautifully into my new life as a mama. I have been doing injections since then and appreciate the opportunity to meet people, hear their stories, and smooth out their lines. I planned on opening my own aesthetics practice once my little ones were in school, but when my husband opened his own practice, providing an opportunity and location for me as well, the time seemed right to launch my service … and here we are.
Health and fitness is a passion of mine, and partnering with people on their journey to better health is an honor I do not take for granted. While reconnecting with an old friend, I learned about weight loss medications and the benefit they have on so many levels of health. Essence was already in the works, but this lit a fire in me to learn as much as I could about this relatively new aspect of medicine and to provide it to patients who are ready to take that additional step for their health.
The name Essence speaks to the true inner beauty I see in each person who walks through my doors and my commitment to help you achieve your health and beauty goals, to let your own essence shine even more vividly. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you; I cannot wait to work together!
